I had been looking for a home for 4/5 months that I felt would be perfect for me and my family. A lot of companies weren't very thorough and the private owners weren't always the most pleasant.

Then one day after stopping my search for about a week, I got on Zillow found a home that looked like it was perfect. I called the number listed and received a text message back right away that said I can meet at the house at 12 noon. When I got to the home, I was greeted by one of the agents, BeeJay. She was so warm, inviting, so easy to talk to, I think I stayed a little longer viewing the home than I normally would. I fell in love with the house, left and applied right away. In less than 48 hours I was approved! I communicated with BeeJay up until my home was ready and then met with her the day of move-in. By then It felt like she was my Antie! The process with Ambati Properties was so simple, smooth, and stress free. Then along with BeeJay's personality, makes me give them 10 stars, not just 5. I'm extremely happy with everything especially my new home!
